Our Process
- Initial intake which consists of your military background, your wants, needs and desires. We will accept your contact information and send you our Bravo Initial Page to gain access to your VA official records.
- We will confirm receipt of your initial package with the VA and conduct of quick review of your file so that any “time sensitive matters” can be addressed immediately.
- We will file the appropriate claims or appeals on your behalf.
- While these claims/appeals are being processed by the VA, we will do a “Complete Review” of your file. (This is where Bravo Excels for you!)
- We will contact you throughout the claims/appeals process and advise you of any development that needs to be addressed so that you receive the best outcome in the fastest time possible.
- VA MAKES DECISION. We will check it for consistent application of all VA laws & regulations and accuracy of their development practices.
- We will contact you for a detailed discussion of the decision
- We will take the appropriate actions based on our conversations to advance your case to achieve maximum results.
CURENT TIMELINES of VA Claims and Appeal:
Original claims, Reopened claims (supplemental), Claims for Increased evaluations are averaging 6-8 months from the time VA receives the application(s) to a decision.
Appeals at the local level, Supplemental clams, Higher level review are averaging 4-6 months from the time VA receives the application to a decision.
Board of Veteran Appeals: This is the last chance and the most time-consuming appeal. Current Board of Veterans Appeals decisions are averaging 2-3 years from the time BVA receives VA Form 10182 to a decision. (Our last option)
All VA timeliness can be checked through the VA’s website or a GOOGLE search of: “How long does it take the VA to make an initial decision” or “How long does it take the BVA to make a decision”.
